Because I work as an audit senior always I work under high pressure and extremely tight deadline thus a proper time schedule/ control is required for all team members to complete their things in good manner. I found that my skill is improving a lot. I used to make schedule for my own only but now I can set up schedule for more than four member team. The team cannot finish their assignment on time if one of them cannot track to the schedule.
