• Outstanding communication skills : Working as a poster sellor in Vinamilk ‘s customer retreat campaign I have to visit and convince each Vinamilk ‘s retail shops to join the campaign and sign the contract. At first it is so difficut to get people ‘s trust and cooperation but later I try to persuade and show them what they can get from this campaign in a friendly and reliable way. At last I have done this task well.
• Good at building relationships: When being as an education counsellor at IDP I have to build a good relationship with customers so that they come back and go ahead with their file. As I have to meet target for each month it is very important to keep and maintain the relationship with customers I have to use follow up strategy listening strategy caring and pushing them to quickly complete progress.
• Working as an interpreter for foreign companies at trade fairs I had already gained a lot of confidence and experience in working in a multi-tasking environment and developing flexibility in solving problems.
