• Bachelor's degree with 2 year experience preferably in finance/ accounting - Good at Excel Words outlook express internet and other office computer skills - Knowledgeable the Import-Export procedures - Profcient ECCUS software ( support Import-Export declaration) - Profcient HTKK software ( support TAX declaration) - English communicate: good - Calm in handle claim with customer if any problems happen to occur - Work in team good and make appropriate assignments - Honest dedicated hard-working can-do attitude - Kỹ năng tin học tốt sử dụng vi tinh văn phòng thành thạo (Word Excel internet) - Nắm rõ quy trình xuất- nhập khẩu và Quy định Hải quan về thủ tục Xuất Nhập Khẩu vè Hoàn thuế XNK - Biết sử dụng phần mềm khai báo hải quan mới nhất ECCUS - Biết sử dụng phần mềm khai báo thuế doanh nghiệp ( HTKK) - Làm việc với hải quan và cơ quan thuế tốt - Giao tiếp tiếng anh khá - Biết giữ bình tĩnh trong quá trình xử lý các vấn đề khó khăn xảy ra - Làm việc đội nhóm và biết cách phân công công việc tốt - Trung thực tận tụy và chăm chỉ làm việc
