• • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments for the MD • Preparing and updating the MD’s working schedule and keeping other staff informed of relevant work • Dealing with incoming emails faxes and post concerning the MD • Dealing with correspondence and writing letters and taking dictation and minutes • Producing documents briefing papers reports and presentations for the MD • Carrying out background research and presenting findings into subjects the MD is dealing with • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the MD is well-prepared for meetings and taking minute • Liaising with clients suppliers and other staff • Organizing and storing paperwork documents and computer-based information • Arranging travel and accommodation and occasionally travelling with the Managing Director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations if required. • Being responsible for getting claims for the MD. • Cooperating and supporting other staff/departments within GLIS Vietnam to fulfill work allocated by the MD • Carrying out specific projects and research • Taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with management.
