Kỹ năng ngoại ngữ - tin học: - Đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật bằng tiếng anh. - Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm văn phòng: Word Excel Powerpoint Outlook… - Có kiến thức tốt và sử dụng thành thạo máy tính có thể làm việc trực tuyến tìm kiếm thông tin cần thiết trên Internet.
