• Khi có một sự cố đặc biệt là sự cố về mạng Vd: Máy client không vào được mạng hoặc không lấy được dữ liệu từ máy chủhoặc không ra được internet chúng tôi luôn tìm cách nhìn nhậnphân tích và kiểm tra xem nhằm khắc phục nhanh sự cố này nếu có thể.Cách khắc phục thì có nhiều cách lắm có thể do máy client bị lỗi windows hoặc do đường mạng không thông nhau hoặc do máy chủ bị sự cốhoặc do card mạng máy client bị hỏng....Nói chung nói về sự cố về mạng thì có nhiều nguyên nhân nhưng với kinh nghiệm lâu của tôi và các bạn đồng nghiệp thì luôn biết tìm cách và sẵn sàng khắc phục nhanh những sự cố này. Chúng tôi thường hay chịu áp lực trong công việc nhất là sự cố xảy ra đồng loạt với nhiều máy client và với máy chủ chúng tôi luôn sắn sàng làm việc quên mình. Cho phép tôi nói chừng này thôi còn muốn hiểu thêm về công việc của tôi có thể gặp tôi nói chuyện trong buổi phỏng vấn.
