Mô tả công việc

- To calculate cost price.
- To make quotation.
- Receive and follow up PO.
- Be in charge of making commercial invoices, sale contract, follow delivery and make payment.
- Key contact point with customer by email and online meeting to update information and solve all queries from customers.
- Co-ordinate with QC, Purchasing, Manufacturing and logistics Departments provide best service for customer.
- To prepare report to Sale Manager, Division Manager weekly, monthly, yearly, including sale report, tracking report.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree.
- Engineering & Technical understanding is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English language is must.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in sales, customer service or project management is preferred.
