  • Create TO, TFO for all orders from all departments in store including AGC on the system on time
  • Create all movement journals linked with negative stock report (stock-take adjustment)
  • Receive goods and check quantity, quality together with Supervisor/ Senior staff of each departments, and then post received on the system (applied for AGM SC)
  • Supervise the stock keeper to organize the storage room by category, keep products in right conditions and easy to control (applied for AGM SC)
  • Make order for non-good items in Store
  • Support in HR duties of the Store (duty roster sum-up, time sheet, etc.) if assigned by Admin Accounting Sup or Store Manager
  • Other tasks as assigned by Admin Supervisor and Store Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Education: College/ University Degree
  • Software skills: Excel, Power point, Word
  • English : Intermediate or Toeic 450
  • Having 2 year experience in Admin/ Accounting
  • Proven admin or accounting experience
  • Experience in Purch system at retail supermarket
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and problem solving skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skill

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVE

  • Customer Service skills. Relevant experience is an advantage
  • Well presented, dynamic, able to work in a team as well as independently, enjoy communication
  • Have experience in working with/for foreigners
