1. Welcome and assist guests with their luggages
2. Observe and acknowledge habits/preferences of returned guests/VIP
3. Provide information and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
4. Provide information and attend to guest’s requests (taxi, directions, local entertainment, travel, food, shopping)
5. Aware and educate guests of available services at the hotel
6. Paperwork, pacels handling
7. Corporate with other departments to resolve guest’s problems
8. Ensure cleanliness of lobby
9. Regularly check and update newspapers, magazines and other promotional brochures
10. Other tasks assigned by manager
