Mô tả công việc

  • Liaison with recruitment agencies and Hospitality schools
  • Correct and timely placement of internal and external advertisements
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback on reasons for turnover
  • Adherence to pre, during and post-employment checklists
  • Ensure Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures
  • Assist line managers in the recruitment.
  • Issue invitations to attend internal and external programs
  • Maintain records of training attendance 
  • Implement Orientation
  • Maintenance of employee files, data base Management
  • Prepares and administers detailed induction program for new staff
  • Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines
  • Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations.
  • To follow up the issuance uniforms for staff.
  • To follow up and implement accommodation services for foreign employees: Visa services,Work permit, Residence permit…
  • Assist in preparation and processing of monthly payroll, attendance records for employees.
  • To coordinate with other department for company’s events or HR activities
  • Monthly, quarterly register with Labor department.
  • Monthly follow up the payment of office related expenses (wifi, Telephone, Electricity, water….)
  • Perform any other admin duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Perform entry-level human resources and administrative duties in support of the company’s operation and philosophies. Provide basic employee assistance, often serving as initial point of contact for human resources-related matters

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training
  • Good Communication and writing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the Company.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Human resources or related field
  • Equivalent work experience. Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
