  • Build brand strategy for short and long term 
  • Build digital communication strategy according to company and brand strategies
  • Build action plan, for the whole year based on brand strategy 
  • Explore innovative channel to optimize the result 
  • Manage the budget and result of plan execution  
  • Business pillar:

            - AO: PCMO, MCO 

            - CI / HDDO: extended role

  • Build E-commerce as an extra platform of communication to increase brand awareness and product positioning 
  • Based on company strategy to leverage E-commerce as an online-to-offline plan
  • Manage product portfolio to meet the  market demand and lifecycle of the product 
  • To set up price positioning, price value chain to meet the company position as well as maintain competitive position against competitors 
  • New product launch: study market demand/ trend, competitors benchmark to propose  new products and manage the launching: competitor and customer insights analysis 
  • Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on new product launch  
  • Work with T&P to create product FAB 
  • Create an overall marketing plan for both communication & trade marketing (align with trade marketing manager) 
  • Business pillar: AO (PCMO, MCO)
  • Based on company strategy to manage related projects for new business for example Chemical product segment 
  • Strategic partnership cooperation: look for new opportunity cooperation with related automobile partners for brand cooperation and distribution extension: Tyre business (Bridgestone, Micheline), Subaru, Honda,  etc.

Yêu cầu công việc


  •  Marketing degree qualification


  •  At least 3 years at manager levels 
  •  Understand of automobile market is an extra point


  • Brand awareness - a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix 
  • Good analysis skill to understand market demand or trend, basic financial skill to analyze price/value chain 
  • Determination and perseverance 
  • Relationship management skills 
  • A strong focus on results 
  • A high degree of business acumen
